These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.SiloreParis.com (the "Site") and any products, content, or services provided by SiloreParis ("SiloreParis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

SiloreParis is an online retail business operated from Israel. We sell products to consumers in the United States, Canada, and other countries through a dropshipping model, meaning our suppliers and fulfillment partners — located in jurisdictions including the United States and China — pick, pack, and ship orders directly to customers.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Site is not intended for use by children under 16, and we do not knowingly market to or accept orders from minors.

3. Account Registration (Optional)

You may, but are not required to, create a customer account. If you do, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, sizes, and prices accurately. However:

  • Colors may appear differently on different screens, and small variations from the photos are possible due to our dropshipping model.
  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • Stock availability is shown in good faith but is not guaranteed; suppliers may run out of stock between the time you order and the time we forward the order to fulfillment.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (including, without limitation, orders that appear fraudulent or that contain pricing or description errors), and to correct errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount you paid.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) listed at the prices and on the terms in effect at the time of submission. The contract of sale is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email — not when we send the order confirmation.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is true and complete.

We reserve the right to verify identity, billing address, and payment-method authorization before processing or shipping any order.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, delivery times, and customs charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available on the Site.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product descriptions, and software — is owned by SiloreParis or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

The trademark "SiloreParis" and our logo are owned by us. You may not use them without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the Site.
  • Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or with other users' enjoyment of it.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any violation.

9. User Submissions and Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute that content in connection with our business.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We do not have an obligation to publish, monitor, or moderate user content, but we reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from defects.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Important: Nothing in this Section limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer warranties and implied warranties under the laws of your country, state, or province.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Important: Some jurisdictions, including several U.S. states and Canadian provinces (notably Quebec, Ontario, and British Columbia), do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiloreParis and its owners, suppliers, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) your misuse of the Site.

This Section does not apply to the extent such claim arises from our own negligence or willful misconduct, or where it is prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

b. Mandatory consumer-protection laws

Nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country, state, or province where you reside. In particular:

  • Canadian residents: the consumer-protection laws of your province (including, where applicable, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and Law 25, the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act) apply in addition to these Terms. If those laws conflict with these Terms, those laws prevail.
  • U.S. residents: mandatory consumer-protection statutes of your state apply in addition to these Terms.

c. Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at SiloreParis@gmail.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

d. Forum

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any action arising out of these Terms must be brought in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, except where mandatory consumer-protection law allows you to bring an action in the courts of your residence — in which case you may do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, the Site, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as via email or a banner on the Site).

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that, to the extent possible, gives effect to the original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SiloreParis regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
