Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 25, 2026
Last updated: April 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SiloreParis ("SiloreParis," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit, interact with, or make a purchase from www.SiloreParis.com (the "Site").
Our business is operated from Israel. We sell and ship products to consumers in the United States, Canada, and other countries through a dropshipping model, which means certain information you provide is shared with our suppliers and fulfillment partners located in jurisdictions that may include the United States, China, and other countries, so they can prepare and ship your order.
By using the Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information from you in three ways: (a) information you give us directly, (b) information collected automatically as you use the Site, and (c) information we receive from third parties.
a. Information you provide directly
- Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order.
- Payment information: card details and billing information are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account and contact information: if you create an account, contact us, or sign up for marketing emails, we collect the information you submit (such as your name and email address).
- Communications: messages you send us through email, contact forms, or social media.
b. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, and time zone.
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and dates and times of visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 below.
c. Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) when you interact with our advertisements or content, and from our advertising partners regarding the performance of our ads.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Our Site and products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly market to them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including coordinating with shipping suppliers.
- Communicate with you about your order, account, or customer-service inquiries.
- Send marketing emails and advertisements (only where permitted by law and where you have consented).
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
- Comply with legal obligations, including tax and consumer-protection laws.
The legal bases on which we rely include your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), the performance of our contract with you (to fulfill orders), our legitimate business interests (to secure and improve the Site), and compliance with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed for the purposes described above:
- E-commerce platform: the platform that powers our Site, which hosts our store, processes transactions, and provides analytics and storage services.
- Payment processors: to process your payment securely.
- Shipping suppliers and fulfillment partners (dropshipping): we share your name, shipping address, phone (where required by the carrier), and order details with our suppliers and shipping carriers so they can manufacture or pick, pack, and ship your order. These suppliers and carriers are located in countries that may include the United States, China, and others.
- Advertising partners (Facebook and Instagram / Meta): we use Meta's advertising tools to show ads on Facebook and Instagram and to measure their performance. This may involve sharing limited data such as cookie identifiers, hashed email addresses, and information about your activity on our Site. This activity may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under U.S. state laws — see Section 7 below for your right to opt out.
- Service providers: companies that help us operate the Site, send transactional emails, store data, or provide customer support.
- Legal and safety: law-enforcement authorities, regulators, courts, and other parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, the use of advertising cookies on our Site (such as the Meta Pixel) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other U.S. state privacy laws. See Section 7 for how to opt out.
4. International Data Transfers
Because we operate from Israel and use suppliers located outside of your country, your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Israel and other countries (including the United States and China). These countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.
For visitors from Quebec: we may transfer your personal information outside of Quebec, including to Israel, the United States, and China, for the purposes described in this Policy. By providing your information and placing an order, you consent to this transfer.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that any service provider, supplier, or fulfillment partner that receives your personal information protects it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Order and transaction records: up to 7 years after your most recent order, to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws.
- Account information: until you delete your account, plus a short additional period for backups and legal record-keeping.
- Marketing-list information: until you unsubscribe or otherwise object to marketing.
- Website analytics and advertising data: typically up to 24 months, or as configured by the underlying service.
- Customer-service messages: up to 3 years after the matter is resolved.
After these periods, we delete or anonymize the information.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyze traffic, and deliver advertising. Cookies fall into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the cart, checkout, security, and site stability. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies — remember your language, currency, and other preferences.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Marketing cookies — used by Facebook and Instagram (Meta Pixel) and similar advertising tools to personalize ads on this Site and on other platforms, and to measure ad performance.
When you first visit the Site, we present a cookie banner allowing you to accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
