This Shipping Policy explains how SiloreParis ("we," "us," or "our") fulfills and ships orders placed on www.SiloreParis.com ("the Site"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy.


1. Where We Ship From

We operate a dropshipping model. Orders are not shipped from a single warehouse but are forwarded to our suppliers and fulfillment partners, who pick, pack, and ship the items directly to you. Our suppliers are located outside of your country, in countries that may include the United States and China.

This means:

  • The return address on your package may differ from the address on this Site.
  • Different items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different dates.
  • Customs documentation, when applicable, is prepared by our supplier or carrier.

2. Where We Ship To

We currently ship to addresses in:

  • The United States (all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses where available),
  • Canada (all provinces and territories),
  • and other countries listed at checkout.

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.


3. Processing Time

After you place an order, we need 1–3 business days to verify your details, charge payment, and forward the order to our supplier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the package leaves the supplier's facility.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the supplier's country.


4. Delivery Time

Delivery time is the period between when your package leaves the supplier and when it arrives at your address. Estimated delivery times are:

United States 7–15 business days
Canada 10–20 business days
Other countries 10–25 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–28 business days, depending on your location, carrier performance, customs clearance, and supplier availability.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, peak seasons (such as Black Friday, the December holidays, and Chinese New Year), and force-majeure events may cause longer delivery times.


5. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, the items in your cart, and the shipping option you select. We may from time to time offer free or discounted shipping promotions; the terms of any such promotion will be displayed at checkout.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. Please allow up to 48–72 hours after shipment for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at SiloreParis@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Most orders to the United States and Canada arrive without additional customs charges. However, depending on the destination country and the value of the order, you may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, sales tax, GST/HST/QST, or other fees imposed by your local authorities upon delivery.

These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

If a package is refused or returned to the supplier because of unpaid customs charges, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return-shipping fees from your refund.


8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure that the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct, complete, and current. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the supplier as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee, or you may receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us at SiloreParis@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been forwarded to the supplier.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Look around your delivery location.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
  4. If you still cannot locate it, email us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the package and the contents before unpacking and email us within 7 days of delivery at SiloreParis@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund per Section 10.


10. Delays and Your Right to a Refund

In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), if we cannot ship your order within the time stated above (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you and offer either:

  • the option to consent to the new shipping date, or
  • a full and prompt refund.

For Canadian customers, your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, Ontario Consumer Protection Act, BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, and other applicable provincial consumer-protection statutes apply in addition to those described here.


11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, postal disruptions, customs delays, war, civil unrest, or acts of governmental authority. In such cases, we will work in good faith to fulfill your order as soon as possible or, where required, issue a refund.
